1. Eligibility

Wholesale accounts are available to:

• Registered businesses

• Verified retailers

• Organizations purchasing in bulk

You must provide valid business documentation to qualify for wholesale pricing.

2. Minimum Order

• Minimum order quantity: 20 units per order

• Orders below the minimum may not be eligible for wholesale pricing

3. Pricing

• Wholesale pricing is exclusive for approved accounts

• Prices may vary depending on quantity and availability

• All prices exclude taxes and shipping, unless otherwise stated

4. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required upfront for wholesale orders

• We accept PayPal, bank transfer, and other approved payment methods

5. Shipping

• Shipping is available only to Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

• Delivery times may vary depending on the order size

6. Returns & Refunds

• Wholesale returns are handled case by case

• Defective products may be replaced or refunded

• Non-defective product returns require approval from our support team
